These are just an initial set of FAQs to help you have a better understanding of the weekend and to start planning. We will add much more detail with the official RSVP invites in January 2027.

When will the RSVP open?

January 2027. We will email you when it opens.

When is it?

The wedding is on Saturday 5 June 2027, and the weekend runs from Friday June 4 through Sunday June 6.

Guests can arrive at the venue from 1pm on Friday June 4, with activities and festivities kicking off that same afternoon.

If you are coming a long way, consider flying in earlier. June is a lovely time of year in the Pacific Northwest and we can provide plenty of ideas for extending your stay.

Where is the wedding weekend?

Carnation Farms, 28901 NE Carnation Farm Road, Carnation, WA 98014.

Carnation Farms is about 45 minutes from Seattle–Tacoma International Airport. If you are flying in from out of town, you will need to rent a car, because there is no public transport and taxis and Ubers are not reliably available.

Where will I stay?

There is lodging at the venue and we are hoping everyone will be able to stay at the venue itself. This depends on RSVP numbers and we will share more information when we can.

Please do not book your own accommodation until you hear from us.

I am flying from Europe, Asia or Australia. Anything I should know?

Seattle is a long way from many of our loved ones and we are so grateful you are planning to join us.

We would recommend booking earlier than feels necessary. Fares to Seattle from Europe, Asia and Australia move quickly, and early June is the start of the busy season. If you can, give yourself a day on either side of the weekend.

What will the weather be like?

June in Western Washington is called 'June-uary' for a reason. Most of the time, it's lovely and sunny with mild days and cool evenings. But a grey or drizzly day is possible, so bring layers! We will send a dress code with the formal invitation.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are heavily constrained by the lodging capacity of the venue and our current guest list exceeds capacity. Because of this, we will decide plus ones in early 2027 after we have a better idea of RSVPs. If there is a special someone you are hoping to bring, we would love to hear about it, and we will do what we can.

Are children invited?

Yes! This will be a family-friendly, multigenerational celebration and we are excited for all the kiddos to get to meet and play together.
